He is the one and only reason that has helped me
to survive in this business. I met him in 2004 during my
3rd month in the business when and I was starving for
deals & broke. Rick was a speaker at a conference I was
attending and I decided to approach him. He gave me five minutes of
advice and put me on the CD coaching program that ended up turning
everything around for me. I just kept telling myself, “If he
can do it, so can you – just do what he says”.
My business
grew by 25 – 30 % over the next two years because I
stuck with the tactics he gave me.
Unfortunately,
I’ve gotten away from those tactics over the last year and
business is suffering as a result. It’s basically because I’m not talking to
enough people.I just finished listening to "The Art of
the Sale" this morning and it’s one
of the best that he’s done yet. I know by getting back to the basics and following The
